The little things


Batman knows that it's the little things like saying "Thanks!" that keep a relationship growing.
OK, so this one is taken out of context. Without the surrounding frames it's difficult to judge just how blatant this one is.

Picked this up from Dr. George Reker's garage sale. He seemed to be in a hurry to get rid of it.

You can tell by the eyes. Also the hair.
A question for our viewing audience: Are we, as a society, still this naive? Can we be still be enticed by a catch phrase that obviously has no relevance to the artist? Or, more to the point, would the people marketing a personality of the same strata as Chad be so blatant in their pandering?

A classic example. There is no way the artists involved could not have realized that this would have rather ominous sexual overtones.


Could this be the mythical "missing link," the cultural artifact that links the word "dick" to its current usage?
